He was courteous and knowledgeable, worked with me through reviewing my purchase options and helped me make a smart decision on buying this great SUV, which also came long with the Volvo safe and secure program. The rest of the sales cycle was great as well. Chris was helpful in showing us the truck and answering questions. Erin handled the financing and made the final purchase activites easy. One minor issue was the detailing on the interior, but Tony made sure everything turned out right. More
What a mess this dealership is! I was working with Colleen on a 2009 S80 and she gave me nothing but a run-a-round as far as pricing, availability, and options. Kundert Volvo (on R17) totally overcharges on the time it takes to do a job. I can understand their $125/hour labor, but they really gouge you on the job time. For example, I have a 2000 Volvo V70 AWD and takes to do a job. I can understand their $125/hour labor, but they really gouge you on the job time. For example, I have a 2000 Volvo V70 AWD and I went in to have the Upper Engine Mount (part cost $68 - which is okay). This part takes about 15-30 minutes for an experienced mechanic (no lift needed, no components to remove, only 5 bolts to remove the old part) and I was charged $217 for the Parts/Labor - or about $150 in LABOR. At $125/hour that's over an hour in they charged me in time - - - A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!! Here's an even better example for those that know the Volvo 850/V70 engines. They charge $350 to replace the gasket and O-ring to the Turbo Oil Return line. These 2 parts cost less than $10.00 at IPD and I've personally changed these on both Turbo and Non-Turbo 850/V70's (the leak eventually on all of them) in about 30-60 minutes (and that's just a heavy duty floor jack) - - - xxx do they charge 2.75 hours (or about $340 in LABOR) for this SAME JOB --- it should cost at best $125 (ONE hour's work)??????? xxxx RIPOFF ARTISTS!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND KUNDERT VOLVO TO ANYONE THAT CAN SPIN A WRENCH!!! More
I brought my car in for service and the floor mats was missing when I got it back. I called the dealership and Jeff the service writer told me that they are not liable for the missing floor mat. I spoke to the service manager name Garth and he said we will call me on Friday to replace it. Two weeks went by never got a call and he never returned my calls. I went to the dealership and Garth advice me that it will take 10 minutes to locate the floor mats or he could call me on my phone ones its ready. Few hours went by never got I call. I went back to the dealership straight to the Parts Department and sure enough they had the floor mats. I went to see Garth he said it’s on back order for 2 weeks. I went to see the owner Mr. Kundert and he was very unprofessional. More
