We arrived near closing to purchase a car and Tony was very patient and hung around after hours to accomodate answering our questions after hours. The kicker was the personal touch when he called to wish me a happy birthday a month after the car purchase which was soooo touching. I was given a 7:30 appt. I arrived 10-minutes early (so as not to be late & inconvenience the staff @ Kundert). I was rufsed access to the facility as according to Mike "we're turning on our computers and as not to be late & inconvenience the staff @ Kundert). I had made arrangements with others for a ride to my office, so we collectively all waited for Mike to turn on the computers and allow us to enter and complete our scheduled visit. I was astounded at this treatment. And of course it has the immediate (and perhaps unintended consequences) of ensuring customers never arrive early for their scheduled appointment. If the facility does NOT open until 7:30, then no appointments should be made before 7:45 as any reasonable person would attempt to arrive early for any appointment. More

The entire purchasing experience was a pleasure. Tony in sales was extremely helpful, and has extensive product knowledge. This is a very professional group and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a Volvo. Although this dealer is not around the corner from my home, I will be taking my Volvo back to Kundert for any service needs since I had such a wonderful purchase experience with them. More
