Took my car in on 07/20/12 for the THIRD time for a moaning noise when I steer or at low speed. I Was told Mike was on vacation that week, and when I started to explain why I was calling, I was just xferred to parts. Left a voicemails there, and no one called me back. Called back @5:20, and as I started to explain, I was xferred to Pete, but got his voicemail, so I called back. Now I'm annoyed.. the girl who answered was nice, but couldn't help me. She said she will tell someone to call me back. Monday, July 30th, once again, I had to call @ 1:30pm because I had not received a call yet. I spoke with Pete, who was nice and helpful, and finally scheduled my car for 8AM. My reminder email said 10AM, and I called to find out why. The girl who answered started off ok, but than got ruder and ruder, until I finally had it and asked to speak to the manager. The longer I was willing to hold for Mike, the nicer she started to become again. She was arguing with me over a stupid detail that she said I should've told her in the first place, that I was getting a loaner car. Well, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS???? I don't make these calls everyday - she, however, TAKES these calls every day, so she started arguing back and forth whether or not I said I was waiting for my car to be fixed. I did not. I said I couldn't stand around waiting for them to take my car in. Anyway, it was an overall, aggrivating and frustrating experience. More

Brought my car in for the 75,000-mile service on Thursday, August 2, 7:30 AM. Picked up the car after the service, which included my buying four new tires, was done, the same day around 6 PM. Drov Thursday, August 2, 7:30 AM. Picked up the car after the service, which included my buying four new tires, was done, the same day around 6 PM. Drove home and had no problems that night. Got into my car the next morning, Friday, August 3, at 7 AM and got a signal on my dashboard right away that the tire pressure was "low." I checked the pressure in all four tires and got the following: back right - around 26 lbs.; the other three - 45-46 lbs. I put all four tires at 38 lbs. and drove to work. On Saturday, the pressure in the back right tire was at around 26 lbs. and the other three tires were still at around 38 lbs. I filled the back right tire to 38 lbs. and drove to your place, so you could check out the problem. You replaced the valve seat in the back right tire and gave me my car. Before leaving, I checked the tire pressure and got 37.5 lbs. in three tires and 41 lbs. in the fourth tire. Chip then took the car and put 38 lbs. in all four tires himself. More

The service team was ready for me at the appointment time. Shannon went out of her way to find me a space where I could work with my laptop and made me very comfortable. Shannon was great, really helpful and honest about when I could expect the car to be looked at. She told me they had such an overwhelming number of cars already that morning that mine would probably be look could expect the car to be looked at. By 3:00 that same afternoon, she called back to say that everything was taken care of and I could pick it up that same day. Though I didn't meet any of the mechanics, clearly they are efficient and extremely knowledgeable. It was my first time at the dealership and everyone I met there was pleasant and helpful. I'll be taking my car there all the time from this point on. More
