Couldn't have asked for a more courteous, experienced individual. He suspected right away what the problem was (user error, how embarrasing) and resolved the problem without makeing me feel like an idiot. He even set me up with a tire pressure guage in the glove box along with his business card and asked that I call him if I had any other problems. An excellent example of what true customer service is all about. Will call this gentleman when looking for my next car. More

I was rushed into putting a deposit on the car, negotiated everyting on the phone and when I got there with cash in hand the car that I was told about was in horrible shape. It was covered in dings and scratches. It looked like many vehicles on their lot were dinged, scratched and keyed. When the salesman saw that I was unhappy he offered to upgrade me for an addition fee to another car (covered in scratches too) they offered to throw a car at me that had not even been certified yet and had a huge dent that I doubted can be fixed. No one was really willing to give me a quality car nor were they willing to do what was needed to bring the car that I came to buy up to par. The sales manager was rude, and did not seem interested in helping me find a car. More
