• I bought an Atlas Crossport from Kuhn in July 2022. Lenny was my salesman and was more than accommodating. Fast forward to August 5th 2023, my husband and I drove 2 hours to have my Crossport service Lenny was my salesman and was more than accommodating. Fast forward to August 5th 2023, my husband and I drove 2 hours to have my Crossport serviced, as I waited in the service dept., my husband saw a 2021 Atlas on the lot he wanted me to test drive. I was not sold on trading. One thing led to another and I felt pressured by Lenny to crunch some numbers on a car I didn’t want. Lenny came back and I said it was a no go getting payment where we neeeded it. He kept wanting me to take the vehicle for a drive. As my husband and I were getting back in my 2021 Crossport, Lenny came out to my car and said come back in we have payment you will be happy with. So I was sold that car. I drove the car a few days and hated it. I was basically influenced and pressured by Lenny to trade cars and I believe it was to benefit their dealership for my trade. We drove the Atlas home and I did not like it after 2 days. I wanted to return it for my Crossport and they would not budge. I will never go back to this dealership and will tell everyone I know how horrible they are. More
