Pernell is awesome! I stopped in to comparison shop, I was planning on buying my car at Lokey, they weren't open yet, so we decided to stop at Kuhn. Pernell greeted us I stopped in to comparison shop, I was planning on buying my car at Lokey, they weren't open yet, so we decided to stop at Kuhn. Pernell greeted us, was very friendly and not over bearing. I am not a car salesman fan and don't like to be aggravated. He was helpful and went out of his way to try and make a deal to make us change our mind and buy from Kuhn. And it worked!! We even had to go pick the car up from Brandon to make the deal happen and he was exceptional in all that we dealt with! I had to take my car for it's normal service. Pernell went out of his way to take me to the mall so I wouldn't have to wait. I did not have a good experience in service (it was actually pretty horrific!) (although now I deal with Kyle and he is also awesome). I was very upset and if I had to deal with that person in service again, I would never buy or recommend anyone buy from Kuhn just for this reason. Pernell talked to me and went to the back and dealt with my car so I wouldn't have to and so I would not get upset any further. Pernell is the reason I will buy from Kuhn and recommend anyone buy from them! I get talked to about my car at gas stations, stores, etc and I tell them this story and tell them to go see him!! His above and beyond approach even after the sale is complete is amazing. It has made a huge difference in my car buying experience. Hats off to him! More

Good experience at a dealer. We saw an ad for a Honda CRV online and the car was just as the ad said. He of course took us for ride first. I would tell anyone that I know here in Zephyrhills that it would be worth the 20 plus miles to go there for a car. Here it goes I first contacted this dealer via the internet and had to contact them after sending my request. After speaking with a sales rep on the telephone, I w I first contacted this dealer via the internet and had to contact them after sending my request. After speaking with a sales rep on the telephone, I was told I would get an email confirming what we spoke about and a salesman name. I never got my email, but still went to the dealer. Once I arrived Pernell greeted me and began the process of trying to help me find the car I wanted. I know the terms could have been better, but after leaving and being away for a few days, Pernell was able to get me the car I wanted. Overall pleased with Pernell, I know my rate and payment could have been better and it improved a few days after leaving with my car. I got a call to go back and sign a new contract. I did a lot of running, and more work than I should of, but Pernell got my car and I'm very happy. More
