This was confirmed Twice with the Sales Manager. When she had the price of the car set , she then negotiated the price of her trade. Which took a bit but they agreed that 4,000.00 would be the value of the trade. ?My math goes something like this, Car 18545-trade 4000=14545 correct.?Well now we know the amount of the loan correct?. ?Well apparently not. ?As the financial manager passed numerous documents for my Daughter to sign, I have yet to see him present her with a contract for sale, with the “numbers”. Then a financial disclosure notice was passed to my daughter which listed the AMOUNT OWED for the loan to be 19,800.00, Whats this ? My daughter exclaims. The financial Manager asks her what do you mean that is the amount of the loan. ?Needless to say my daughter left the dealership without any explanation on how a vehicle priced at 14,545 can turn into owing 19,800.. To my friends do not shop at Kuhn VW. More

No smooth talking and pushing but a professional team that, of course wants to sell a car, but in no way made you feel uncomfortable. I left with a volkswagen golf 2012, which is like new, for an acceptable price and want to thank the staff, but in particular Kanara, Pernell and not to forget Adam who made the financial part of the purchase easy and clear. We already knew what car we wanted so when we got there, we met Anthony and from that point on, everything went so smooth. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process of buying a car so easy. He was very nice and super funny and we felt like we were buying a car from a friend. A couple days later we had to go back for something that had to been done in service and he made sure we were in and out and kept in contact throughout the whole time. Best experience ever and would highly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to go see Anthony at Kuhn Volkswagen. Bought 2015 Tiguan and 2015 Jetta We went there with the intention of getting my wife a car. We were greeted and assistance by Josh. He was courteous and cared for our needs. We felt he genuinely cared for our needs and wants. To make a long story short we bought my wife a Jetta and then we bought myself a Tiguan because he offered us a great deal. Afterwards, we needed to get the Jetta detailed. Josh arranged a rental for us and always checked up with us letting us know what was going on and when the car would be ready. He texted, he called... He was always letting us know what was going on. We definitely recommend this dealership because we had a great experience with Josh and the rest of their staff. Thank you! More

Automobile NOT deliver as agree BOTH in writing and Text's This is my (3) third VW I have purchased from this dealer and the car is missing the installation of the rear Whale/Tail gate that was agreed it would This is my (3) third VW I have purchased from this dealer and the car is missing the installation of the rear Whale/Tail gate that was agreed it would be included in the final price and as part of the transaction. I have the text's messages from their salesman Anthony Guzman basically buying time and it has been almost 3 weeks now and he "as of yesterday" NO LONGER returns calls and after contacting the sales manager not sure of his name; It may be Mike; he stated it that the tailgate was not part of the deal. In my copy of the sales contract is either signed or initialed (not familiar with his signature) by their salesman Anthony Guzman; clearly stating that the tailgate was missing and will be installed ASAP. I have had to contact VW Credit seeking their assistance before I contract an Attorney to file suit. DO NOT TRUST this dealer and be sure ALL is included at time of delivery if you decide to buy from them.... I would NOT buy a single item from this outfit ever again! Lastly I gave a trade-in automobile that was tittle under both my name and my Mom's and apparently they must have falsified my Mom's signature because she has not to this date sign-off on the transfer of title; unless they are waiting for her signature; as I told their salesman I would bring her in the day of the tailgate install that was supposed to be the following day. More

Although I live in Tennessee, my last 4 car purchases were made out of state, so I didn't hesitate to look everywhere for the right low mileage Jetta with a good warranty. Joshua Carela responded very quickly to my inquiry and was professional, courteous, and thorough in his responses. When I inquired if they had a shuttle from the airport if I decided to pick it up, he stated that they did not, but that he would be happy to pick me up.Superb! When I arrived, he was right there to pick me up, everything was detailed and a full tank of gas! Although only 1 key was there, he had already ordered another key to be delivered to my home! Thanks so much for a great experience! I am happy to give Joshua my highest recommendation and will be recommending both he and Kuhn VW to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. More
