Tom was a great initial ambassador, and Drake was patient while I cycled though three test drives, and several decisions. Drake's attention to detail saved me approximately 3 grand as he steered me out of a higher trim model based on his accurate assessment of my needs. Tom then sealed the deal afterwards, giving me an excellent overview of all of the features and functions of the new car! More
Couldn`t be worse Kuhn has the worst customer service imaginable. They lost all the paperwork for my car, messed up the registration multiple times, lost virtually all Kuhn has the worst customer service imaginable. They lost all the paperwork for my car, messed up the registration multiple times, lost virtually all the documents I gave them to follow up, complained at having to resolve my problem, don`t return calls or get back to you on anything without being chased multiple times, general manager even hung up on the phone saying he had better things to do than fix the problems they had made for me! It`s difficult to think how they could possibly be worse! I wouldn`t go anywhere near these guys. More

Josh gave me great service & I would recommend him if you want to go into the dealership to look at a used vehicle. Josh provided me all the data I requested - original sticker price, car fax report, reconditioning services performed with pricing breakdown, NADA value estimates, other listings for same vehicle at competitive dealerships in the area, vehicle future service schedule & cost estimates, breakdown of local taxes and tag fees. Josh facilitated me talking with the Used Car Sales Manager & Service Manager. I got a the car for the out of door price I wanted to pay. More

But when surrounded by a horrible team... he cant help. There was several instances of miscommunication between the sales managers and salesmen, but the that was not an issue. The scary part of the entire process was the finance manager. He did not care about anything, refused to answer questions, did not get ANY numbers right. Could not be bothered. 100% unethical. Sales floor music was too loud and distracting, and to add to it the finance manager had his own rock and roll cranked up inside his office. All he knew how to do is push print. This guy is a joke. He asked me to sign things without explaining, and without allowing me to read. Rushing the entire process (even though they had me wait for 2 hours... I was the only customer in the dealership). When I did spend time to read he was frustrated and started blaming me for not understanding the car buying process. I have a masters in electrical engineering, with a math minor and have financed, leased and bought cars cash at least a dozen times. If you are uncomfortable with numbers in the slightest DO NOT BUY FROM KUHN. THEY WILL ROB YOU. What was agreed upon on the sales floor did not translate when in the finance office. The "deal" was $3000 off and my lease mileage was 10k a year instead of 15k a year. I had a estimate piece of paper from another dealer that the finance manager started to scribble on trying to "explain" the numbers to me. All he knew how to say is this is the lease price. The lease price. How about this number over here? THIS IS THE LEASE PRICE. After an hour of friction and frustration we finally get to the lease document where it clearly says "signing here means you acknowledge and agree to page 1 and 2 of this agreement" I asked where is page 2? I have not read it. He says, "there is no page 2". The bottom of the page says page 1 of 2. I asked again where is page two. I was told this is a paper from VW and they do not alter this document. I refused to sign the paper. We shuffle a few papers and out comes page 2. This like late payment fee's... disclosures, warranty info, and other important financial info is all over page 2. These guys are thieves. Take your business elsewhere. Lokey, Reeves, BertSmith anyone else has to be better. To add to the terrible experience my car came with less than 1/2 a tank of fuel. This dealership is failing, for good reason. After discussing my issues with another local dealer, one of the managers pulled up sales figures from all local dealers. Kuhn is failing. They sold only 23 cars last month. They deserve every problem that comes their way. They are unethical and you should stay away 100%. If you decide this review is not enough, and you do decide to buy a car from there... please comb through the deal over and over again. These guys are stealing from you, I guarantee it. More

I am not easy on it, as I love to drive top-down wherever I go - so therapeutic. I bought my car at at Kuhn. I bought my last three cars from Kuhn. I took my car into Kuhn for repairs, knowing it would be more expensive - but I wanted the best work & service - I thought it was worth it. Well, after over $2,000 worth of repairs I got my car back in worse condition than I had left it. My top will no longer go down, my windows no longer go down, and they left 3 cracks in my inside door, and various tiny blue scuffs and dents. When I called, I was told they would "check their cameras" to "see if" it was them. Worst customer service. The whole ordeal left me in tears. I received better service and work at Meienke and other of those types of non-dealer places. More

On August 14, 2016, my husband and I executed documents to purchase a 2015 Mazda3 at which time we used a credit card for the $1,000.00 down payment. After we left the dealership and were on our way home, the car stalled out 3 different times in our 26 mile trip home and white smoke belched from the exhaust! (I have on video.) We immediately returned the car within 2 hours of purchase (after wasting an entire day!) Upon our returning the car, the manager Aaron and the finance manager Robert ensured us all the documents would be null and void, that our car tags would be transferred back to our personal vehicle and they would not charge the credit card for the down payment and that we didn't have to sign anything it was just as if it never happened. Almost as if they knew the vehicle had major mechanical issues. Two days later, we purchased a vehicle from a different dealership and we were told our tags were not registered to any vehicle. This issue took a week for Kuhn to resolve and only after numerous telephone calls to Aaron, the General Manager, Marco Santana, as well as 2 unreturned voicemails left for Ms. Kelly, the title clerk. During one of my 6 calls with Kuhn on 8/18, Aaron attempted to blame us, stating we came in with invalid tags. I pointed out that our tag was valid until 9/5/16 and it was not able to be transferred because it was 5 years old, at least this is what Robert (finance mgr) told us. I pointed out that they have handled this situation so well, that not only were we driving with illegal car tags but that our credit card was charged the down payment. There was a pause and he stated he would have to look into this and get back to me. My final call with Aaron was 8/18 at 6:45 p.m., he said Robert, the finance manager, would have to get with their title clerk the following day in order to address the car tag/registration. It was at this time that I again pointed out that the credit card was charged to which Aaron assured me the transaction would be reversed. Amazingly, after insisting the car registration/tag issue was our fault and they had nothing to do with it, I received a voicemail from Robert on 8/19 stating they had reversed the registration. Today, two weeks after the initial transaction and 10 days after my last conversation with Aaron, the transaction still remains on my credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and, of course, challenged the charge with my credit card company. More
Used/CPO Buying Experience I recently located a Used/CPO VW Jetta GLI that I was in the market for at Kuhn. I sent in an internet inquiry and was pleased to have gotten a response within 30 minutes from a sales person. I made arrangements to go in the next evening and take a look. I arrived at the dealer and the original person who emailed me wasn't available so I was linked up with another sales associate. We took a look at the car and completed a test drive and the vehicle was recently off lease with only 21k miles on it. The internet price was a tad high and I knew this going in as I tend to do my homework before car shopping. The only flaw on the car was that both foglights appeared to have some sort of crud in the bottom that was visible just looking at the front of the car. I pointed this out and the sales person wasn't even aware of it until I did that. This was a bit perplexing for me as CPO cars supposedly go through some 100 something point inspection before being put on the lot. Anyhow, I advised the sales person I was still in the market and looking at a couple of other cars and managed to get the price calculations for what my out the door cost would be. Shocking to learn that Kuhn charges not only a dealer/doc fee but they also add a duplicate reconditioning fee, which mind you is equal to the dealer/doc fee, on all of their used cars. So this makes the price you see online very deceiving, which in my opinion is a very shady selling tactic. The sales manager that my sales person ran numbers by was unwilling to negotiate off the price on the web so I ended up leaving. The next day I received an email back from my sales person asking if I had given any more thought to the car and I was interested as it was the color I wanted and had all of the options I was looking for along with it being certified and having low miles. I made a reasonable counter offer and also asked that they remediate the issue with the foglights that I had pointed out earlier. I got a prompt reply within a few minutes that the sales manager would reduce the price $400 if they didn't do the foglight work or $100 if they fixed the foglights. I have bought my fair share of cars and as I mentioned earlier had done extensive research into the price of the car. I was appalled that they wouldn't budge more than $100 off an already overpriced car, especially it being the last day of the month. In the meantime, I had received an email from the General Manager of the dealership as a general inquiry about my visit to the dealer. I promptly copied and pasted all the email exchanges I'd had into a reply and let him know my thoughts on their pricing/negotiating/customer service tactics. No less than 15 minutes later the General Manager wrote me back accepting my terms, which was a given as it was a reasonable offer that I had made. My main issue is why I had to get a General Manager involved, when an obviously incompetent sales manager wasn't able to do what could have been done with a lot less back and forth. I then spoke to my sales person and let him know I'd be in later that day to finalize everything and that I'd already filled out a credit app and what rate I was going to get from my bank so that everything could be ready to go by the time I got there. I arrived at the dealer later that day and already had heard back from their finance department on what rate I had secured and what the total cost out the door along with my down payment would be. I also had a tag to transfer so everything was ready to go and this was my ultimate goal as I did not want to sit in this dealer for hours on end for them to just have me sign papers. All in all, it still took over two hours for the finance person to get the paperwork ready, which should have been done per our prior conversations that day, and for me to be on my way. Upon leaving, I realized they never included the "We Owe" form for the foglights that they had agreed to repair as part of the deal. I turned around and went back to secure a copy as I seriously doubt they would have remembered or would have conveniently lost the form if I didn't make sure I had some evidence to the contrary. I was told my sales person would confirm availability of the parts and call me later in the week. A week goes by and of course I haven't heard from anyone at the dealer so I call my sales person back. He has to go check with their parts and service department as it had obviously slipped everyone's mind there that there was something still to be done to wrap this up. The one positive note is that they were able to get me on the service schedule the next day and they had the work completed in record time. The service folks were quite nice and accommodating, earning this review an extra star. Overall, be weary of purchasing a car here and make sure you have done your homework so they don't try to hose you with their ridiculous pricing strategy. More

The car has been in for oil changes and service over the course of a year. After removing my dashboard to replace the heater core they put it together wrong, broken plastic and in some places, left huge pieces of plastic not connected. Parts of the dash board are scratched and damaged still to this day. During the oil changes they would forget to fill up the add blue tank. They cracked the plastic for the add blue tank also when they did fill it up. During service visits they often would say nothing is wrong with the vehicle. I would have to bring it back multiple times. They weren't really interested in taking time to diagnose the problem. I left this dealership with a year old car leaking antifreeze with broken / scratched dash board. I finally called Volkswagen corporate and had another dealership resolve my coolant leak. I hope the owner of Kuhn Honda Volkswagen reads this personally. More
Horrible experience I have bought three cars from this dealership, all Certified Pre-owned. The salesman played games over the phone telling me a lower price for the car I have bought three cars from this dealership, all Certified Pre-owned. The salesman played games over the phone telling me a lower price for the car than what it really was and once I got on the lot, there were all kinds of extra add-on fees. They tried charging me a certification fee which I never paid on the two previous vehicles I bought there. I had to negotiate for over six hours and I did not get a decent deal until I threatened to walk out the doors. The sales staff was rude and Inexperienced. Some people like the car buying games, but not this guy. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time! More
