After contacting the dealership via internet sales/online question chat, I was contacted back by email and text very quickly by Rick, who promised me After contacting the dealership via internet sales/online question chat, I was contacted back by email and text very quickly by Rick, who promised me he would pair me with a salesperson with integrity. After a brief phone call with a couple questions I agreed to come into the dealership later in the afternoon. I did not have an agenda of needing to trade in my current vehicle, just wanted to explore options. Everyone I met/encountered that afternoon went out of their way to make certain I was comfortable and well informed. Ironically the dealership lost power for about 30-45 minutes but it didn't stop Kelly Curtis, and the sales manager, Anthony Guzman, (who danced his way into keeping the evening upbeat! Great way by the way to remember him and his name!) From pulling out all the stops to make magic happen! I drove off the lot with the gorgeous VW Passat R-Line you see in the picture and have had numerous compliments of the beauty of the car! I have driven a VW for many years and was honestly considering going with a different brand vehicle, but that's to the patience and dedication of this team I'm driving a dream of a car and am delighted! We expressed that we wanted the process to be quick, quiet, and chill and he made that happen despite the dealership being very loud and full of activity (to our standards anyway).
