He listened well and even adjusted models we were looking at when it didn't meet all my specifications. The entire staff was great. There was no haggling. I told him my terms and they met them. It was an easy decision and didn't even feel like I was buying a car. Armand kept me company throughout the process and spent quite a bit of time explaining features and such. He knew a lot about the brand and was very proud to talk all about who they are. Very loyal which was impressive. I've bought a few cars before but I've never experienced such high level of professionalism and ease of process. They have made a Mazda customer for life. I love my new ride! More
