Lemons make lemonade I bought my car October 30th 2017 from William dimond a used 2011 Chevy Cruze it was an awsome deal however I was there for 7+hours of which they made I bought my car October 30th 2017 from William dimond a used 2011 Chevy Cruze it was an awsome deal however I was there for 7+hours of which they made up for with a free detail and tank of gas however not even 3 days after I bought the car of which I am on payments for it started missing and running really bad was sent to service and was told that I needed spark plugs and that they would put them in at cost well I shouldn’t have had been told that a week after owning this car so I replaced the spark plugs now this car should have been looked at before I purchased it now after the spark plugs the car is continuing to run extremely bad misfiring check engine lights all the above not to mention I had to sign a car fax which I was told I could have a copy of and after asking several times I still have not received I now feel that I have been ripped off because the only reason I bought this car was to perform Uber and I can’t even do that now and that was my only source of income currently so with all of this being said I will never refer anyone to this dealership and I highly recommend that nobody buy a used car from this place this is a really bad investment on my part and I am very disappointed with the service I have received More

He listened well and even adjusted models we were looking at when it didn't meet all my specifications. The entire staff was great. There was no haggling. I told him my terms and they met them. It was an easy decision and didn't even feel like I was buying a car. Armand kept me company throughout the process and spent quite a bit of time explaining features and such. He knew a lot about the brand and was very proud to talk all about who they are. Very loyal which was impressive. I've bought a few cars before but I've never experienced such high level of professionalism and ease of process. They have made a Mazda customer for life. I love my new ride! More
