Not recommended I came in for a Mazda recall and from the beginning they (a white, heavy-set service personnel) over-exaggerated things as if to sell me further servi I came in for a Mazda recall and from the beginning they (a white, heavy-set service personnel) over-exaggerated things as if to sell me further services, and I declined. I called my wife to pick me up since I was told it would take some time, and when I mentioned that would just leave my number so I could return, but was told it would possibly be just about 20 minutes. That 20 minutes, turned into over an hour. When I acquired about it, he said “the car possibly had to be jumped”, which I know didn’t happen, and he gave me a printout for my recall. On the printout it said “numerous lights on dash, battery completely dead.” both of which are falsehoods. He then said the reason it took so long was it was going to be washed and vacuumed; again, a total lie. Neither of which are done but I didn’t press it since I didn’t pay anything (it was a product recall amway) and enough time was already spent.
