Not Upfront with Costs I called to inquire about the out the door cost of new tires and any additional services I would need with replacing my tires. When I got to the deale I called to inquire about the out the door cost of new tires and any additional services I would need with replacing my tires. When I got to the dealership they told me that it would be above and beyond what they quoted because an alignment was necessary. Should be more upfront when quoting people on the phone and not surprise people with additional costs when they arrive - felt like I was being nickle and dimed. More
