Standard service The service center is fairly efficient, and the pricing is reasonable. The only constructive feedback I have, is that I asked for my car to be washed, The service center is fairly efficient, and the pricing is reasonable. The only constructive feedback I have, is that I asked for my car to be washed, but there were still bird droppings on it when I picked it up...might want to do a deeper cleaning in the future. Also, the person who cleaned the inside of my car, left a dirty rag in the driver's seat, and also had a bit of a body odor problem, that was apparent when I got in it to drive home. More

Friendly staff, Cody is awesome!! First off, I came in and wasn’t jumped by several salesman which I hate. Cody answered all of my questions and more about the Tiguan. Cody was my sales associate and he went above and beyond helping me in my leasing process. The day I got the car he sat with me and went over all the car features until I felt comfortable. The only thing I wish I’d known before hitting the finance department was there would be an extra monthly charge do do the leasing protection plan since VW doesn’t cover anything over the term of the lease. It was just a surprise and took me off guard after negotiating my monthly fee. More
