Friendly staff, Cody is awesome!! First off, I came in and wasn’t jumped by several salesman which I hate. Cody answered all of my questions and more about the Tiguan. The only thing I wish I’d known before hitting the finance department was there would be an extra monthly charge do do the leasing protection plan since VW doesn’t cover anything over the term of the lease. It was just a surprise and took me off guard after negotiating my monthly fee. More
