When we arrived at Kuhn VW everyone was welcoming. Rob, Sales Mgr, introduced himself to us and said if there is anything we need to let him know. We described what we were looking for and Lenny explained what our best options were at the price point and trim level. The car we selected was in transport. It took one day to arrive and we were impressed by the care that was taken to make sure our buying process went smoothly. From Lenny lining out the details of pricing, to Tyrone in financing, explaining all of the details and answering any questions we had regarding finance, to the Sales Mgr Rob making sure we had everything we needed and were being taken care of. All and all a great experience. We will be back! More
