DO NOT GO HERE if you are a young female, they will take advantage by over charging you. I've had a flat tire two years in a row (unfortunately) both times I have taken it to Kuhn for a new tire. Last year advantage by over charging you. I've had a flat tire two years in a row (unfortunately) both times I have taken it to Kuhn for a new tire. Last year when I took it in they replaced it and I saved the receipt. Yesterday, I got another flat tire and took it in for the exact same job and same tire. They replaced it but the bill was much higher. The tire went up in price, which I understand, inflation but the labor was double what I paid last year. I know everything is more expensive this year but I wasn't expecting a 100 percent increase in labor cost. When I called to ask about it the guy jerked me around and couldn't give me an accurate cost until I told him what I was just charged. He said oh yeah, it went up so that price is correct. Which still didn't make sense since I was charged way less last time. When I told him what I was charged last time he said they probably gave me a discount. I said that's weird because it doesn't say discount next to it. Both receipts are itemized and where items were discounted it said discounted right next to it. So I know I was not discounted for labor last year. I am very disappointed in how I was treated and taken advantage of. I will not be going back there again and I will advise others to do the same. More
