I've been coming to this dealer for oil changes since I've owned the truck and everytime has been 5 stars or better service across the board with literally 0 complaints as they always answer questions an I've owned the truck and everytime has been 5 stars or better service across the board with literally 0 complaints as they always answer questions and seem extremely friendly. This time around I was a bit concerned as it was the first time I was explained my multi point inspection which I really appreciated until I got into the truck and realized they definitely didn't do an inspection considering my tire pressure on all 4 were low and one had been pinging the dash since it went to 29 overnight with the frost we had and slowly climbed up to 33. Normally they always have them set perfect 38. It's a small complaint and I feel bad even saying anything but I did feel like someone dropped the ball here as not everyone has easy access to an air compressor and it's hard to tell if anyone actually did look at your vehicle besides indicators like this More
