Superb experience! My wife and I drove to Kufleitner Boardman without an appointment. We were greeted outside the front entrance by salesman Tom Gagliano looking to direct is to the correct department. Boardman without an appointment. We were greeted outside the front entrance by salesman Tom Gagliano looking to direct is to the correct department. We wanted to see a specific used Ram truck we saw online with a competitive price. Tom brought us the truck to see and and we went for a test drive. We ended up trading in our vehicle for the truck. It was a very smooth experience. We were so impressed by the friendliness, cleanliness, and professionalism at this dealership. There were sneeze guards at all the sales and customer service desks and everyone had a mask which made us feel more comfortable in this covid era. Tom was not pushy as a salesman. We came knowing what we were looking for and he helped us reach a fair deal. Heather in the finance department was equally as wonderful to deal with. She presented us options for extended warranties, but was also not pushy. We have been to other dealerships where the highest pressure sales happens with add-ons in the finance department. All of the financial paperwork was processed very fast. Great job. Finally, the dealership itself is beautiful. Every detail was attended to from the landscape to the decor. Just a really neat place. We would do business here again and refer friends and family. More
