They did not pay off my trade and I was double billed for my new and old car. They did nothing to help me on this. Very poor communication. My temp plate is expired and still have no new info or plate. Ag my new and old car. They did nothing to help me on this. Very poor communication. Where to begin? This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. I fly into Pittsburg from Chicago and was picked up by Mark who had me entertained from the second I got in the car all t experience I have ever had. I fly into Pittsburg from Chicago and was picked up by Mark who had me entertained from the second I got in the car all the way to the front door of the dealership. Hands down one of the most incredible dealerships I have ever laid eyes on. Extremely modern and clean. My salesman Wesley met me at the door and immediately showed me the vehicle, perfectly staged in the garage and freshly detailed. He showed class and knowledge answering every single question I threw his way. I then met with Jim in finance to solidify my term and he even worked with my bank to correct an error on their end. The gentleman that detailed my car even congratulated me and explained the work he had just completed on the car before I drove off. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. THANK YOU!
