Back up camera install I purchased a used 2014 RAM truck it didn't have a back up camera (my wife likes the camera in her Jeep and wanted one in the truck too. We ordered it I purchased a used 2014 RAM truck it didn't have a back up camera (my wife likes the camera in her Jeep and wanted one in the truck too. We ordered it and the scheduled the work for Thursday morning. I was brought it up and was going to wait for the repair. At around noon they offered to take me to town if I wanted lunch. I continued to wait and around 130 they said it was going to be awhile longer and they gave me a loaner car until the repair was completed. I went to pick it up on Friday and they took the time to show me a few of the options on the truck that I was unsure of as it was 15 degrees the evening I bought the vehicle. It is a good 40 mile drive from my house to Krystal and it is well worth it as this is the second positive experience that I have had in less that 2 weeks at this dealer. More

Nail in tire I was traveling through the area on vacation with my family and our tire was losing air. I stopped in and received great service in a friendly enviro I was traveling through the area on vacation with my family and our tire was losing air. I stopped in and received great service in a friendly environment. They found a nail in our tire and plugged it for us so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. We were clearly from out of state and on vacation so they could have gouged us on price, but it was under $20! What could been a real low point on our vacation turned out to be a positive experience! This dealership/service department won't stand by their work We had been bringing our car to this dealership for service for 3 years. I will say that prior to our most recent experience, we always found the serv We had been bringing our car to this dealership for service for 3 years. I will say that prior to our most recent experience, we always found the service manager/advisor helpful and pleasant. This past February we brought our car for a routine service (oil change, tire rotation and general diagnostics) before taking a trip to Florida. A week later, on I-95 in So. Carolina we almost lost our tire, losing 3 lug nuts and had 3 studs sheared off while going 75 miles an hour. Fixing the wheel cost us $3000, ruined our vacation (we didn't have a car for 10 days) and if it wasn't for the generosity of family and friends, having to rent cars and stay in hotels would have added thousands to the cost while we waited for our car to be fixed, first in So. Carolina, and again in Florida, before we were able to drive it home. We were told by both the mechanic and service advisor who we dealt with to get our car fixed that the damages were likely caused by the lug nuts not being properly tightened. Obviously upset, we attempted to contact first the Krystal dealership manager Frank Todi, then the Dealership owner about our situation, leaving several messages for each. When no one returned our calls, we contacted Jeep Corporate, who did get a service advisor from Krystal to call us back. His call to us consisted of a denial that they would have done anything wrong. This dealership showed no concern or interest in the damages to our car, accepted no responsibility for it, and to date other than the one call, has never contacted us again despite our asking for a meeting when we returned from Florida, as we wanted to be reimbursed for our expenses for getting our car fixed. Even Jeep Corporate had a casual disregard for our plight, gave us the run around for a month promising to help with getting our money back and then eventually telling us that it is not their policy to do so. We have had to file a complaint with the NYS Attorney General's Office to try to get our money back from Krystal because of their denial and avoidance. All in all, we found that this dealership does not stand behind its workmanship, has no regard for it's customers when there is a problem, and they cannot admit when they make a mistake when it could put people's lives at risk. Our experience has made it painfully clear that if you want integrity, a company that stands behind it's work and products, then you should consider a different dealership and a car other than a Jeep. More

Not only did Austin, Andy, I need to send out a big Thank You to Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat Inc., for taking care of Black Betty yesterday! Not only did Austin, Andy, and the guys get her in quickly, but they gave me a ride to work and delivered her to my work in the afternoon! Lots of small but necessary maintenance items taken care of before winter and a couple adjustments I wanted made, ie. adjusted the LEDs down so I'm not blinding anyone anymore, and the best part? The bill was less than I expected and was quoted. Thanks, guys! More
