Poor customer service. I was dropping my new vehicle off to get a broken seat fixed. I went in to get a courtesy car. The lady at the cashier window was as dry as a cob! She proceeds to hand me the keys to the vehicle, I asked her what I was getting and she replied, “I don’t know”. I said do you know what color is it is, “nope”. It is pouring down the rain, so I asked if they were bringing it around to me. Guess what, NO! She had no clue where it was parked. She just told me to look around the side of the building. I traipsed out on the pouring rain, blowing the alarm button, trying to find the “courtesy” car. Topper was when I went to pick up my vehicle, it wasn’t washed or anything! I spent a lot of money at that dealership, a lot. Customer service training is very much needed. I made aware as well. That will be the last vehicle I purchase from Krieger. I will also be doing all of my Ford care at another dealer. More
I called to get my work van in for a recall in August. I was told they weren't doing recalls until September. So I scheduled an oil change and 60,000 mile service anyway. I also told them I have a door-ajar warning going off for the rear door. Dropped it off at the scheduled time on a Monday morning. I didn't hear anything that day, which I didn't mind. I didn't hear anything by Tuesday at noon, so I left two voice mails for Luke, my service rep. Finally heard back on Wednesday at noon. Turns out they did the recall, which I wasn't expecting, and hadn't planned on - this is my work van. I was originally quoted $175 to look at the rear door. When I picked up the van, the charge was $350. But I figured, if they fixed it, okay. They didn't. So I called to get an appt. to bring it back in, and specifically told Luke in my msg. that I couldn't afford to not have the van for too long, as it's my work vehicle. Dropped it back off on a Thursday in September at 8:30am. Finally, after not hearing anything by noon Friday, I called and emailed the service manager. He called me back at 4:30 on Friday. They had not even looked at the latch or door yet. The van had been sitting on their lot. I finally got a call on Saturday morning telling me I needed a new latch, for around $650 labor/materials. I declined and picked the van up. After digging into the issue myself, I realized the door that was setting off the alarm was the side sliding door, not the back door. I don't know how a technician spent 2 hours the first visit and however much time the second, and couldn't figure this out. (There was no evidence of anyone doing anything to the latch). I did a simple adjustment on the sliding door and the alarm went away. Their communication throughout the process was terrible. I'm out $350 for nothing and they refused to refund anything. I won't be taking my van to Krieger again. More
This review is mainly in reference to Kevin Willish. I'm in a bad spot because Ford never took appropriate action regarding Focus's transmission control modules;. My focus is broken down because of it, leaving me with lots of questions about how I'm going to get around, etc. Could never talk to a person over several phone calls; three times I was connected to Mr. Willish, only to get his voicemail. He did not see fit to call me back any of those times. Service was.supposed to begin on my car today. It sat on the lot all day because I was not called or emailed "to get my permission", even though I left both with them when I dropped my car off last night. Not a good start. More

The folks that work there are professional and polite. However, I've had my Ford Explorer (Not a Range Rover or a Bentley) there twice and have been charged a full hour each for separate tasks that take seconds/minutes to diagnose. Each visit costs me over $1k total for items that are marked up into 1 hour separate diagnostic charges. If you go in there with 1 issue with 3 different symptoms i.e. computer issue; the steering wheel controls, blind spot sensor & rear seat button intermittent malfunction, they'll charge you $120 x3 claiming that it took 3 hours to run "3 separate IDS Tests"; I'm not buying it. Another example, I was charged 3 hours of labor ($468 and in addition to the aforementioned diagnostic charges) to replace the rear liftgate motor. If you YouTube this exact task you will see it takes an amateur roughly 15min to complete - I wish I would have investigated this more prior to taking it in - could have save some considerable cash. In Summary: I was charged a total of 7 hours of labor ($120x7=$840). I dropped it off at 0730a. Called at 1230p to check on status when the lady said they were "just taking it back now", I received a call at 1:15p with the follow up/update on the diagnostics. I received a call at 4:05p that it was done. Do the math. Bottom Line: It's hard to hire people/company's you can't trust and now Krieger Ford is on that list. More
Service SUCKS!!! Needed brake work down only to receive the car back with the engine light on and the car makes a noise and shake when you go over 45. Was advised I needed a driveshaft. Got the driveshaft replaced only to be told we need a battery. Replaced the battery. Drive the car the ABS light and the wrench light is now on. Was advised by Luke to bring the car back in as he was concerned the ABS light is on which was not on before. Take thr car back in only to be told I need $1800.00 in repairs. Now mind you the car has not been driven since Ford serviced the brakes. We were giving a diagnostic at that time we got the brakes done about a few leaks and the driveshaft. Not sure where all the other repairs came in to play now that we are questioning the work being done. When I tookd my car back Ford refused to give me my car stating I owe $180.00 for the diagnostic. I didn't aak for another diagnostic I was told to bring my car back to be looked at. Why am I being charged??? And of course nothing is their fault. While waiting in line I heard another lady was told the same thing regarding her battery. Not sure if this location is stealing parts or what but that's what it seem likes. My car is still at Ford due to the fact I refuse to pay the $180.00 due to Luke not telling the cashier I should not be charged like be advised us over the phone when we complained. This establisbment jacked my car up and basically refuse to fix it. This will be reported to the BBB as well. You take your card to this location when you go to pick it up all types of lights will be on, the car will not run properly and Ford will refuse to fix it they will run another diagnostic and come up with something else to be wrong. They take your $$$$ and try to get more. On top of that there is no way they did a test drive after the repairs if the battery was completely dead and they couldn't get it to hold a charge. If they did they would have seen all the lights on that were not on when I dropped my car off. I need answers regarding the xxxx poor service I received. More

Waited all day for them to call me at 4 pm and tell me they don't have the part to fix my car. Why wouldn't they tell me they didn't have the part when I scheduled the appointment. I wasted money having to Uber back and forth from work to get my car and I tried calling them all day with no one answering. This place is the worst! More
Brought my car in for service here 3 times and every time was horrible. First time was for an oil change and i asked for a specific oil filter. 2 hours later they told me it was done and put the wrong filter was horrible. They argued with me and made me pay for the filter i asked for even though i was originally told it wouldnt be a problem and then took another hour to fix it. 3+ hours on an oil change. After that i brought it in to have the stereo and transmission looked at but they couldnt find the problem with the transmission because they never bothered to try to recreate it. They at least found the issue with the stereo and ordered a part. Scheduled an appointment to have the part installed and was told multiple times it should only take 2-3 hours. Brought the car in and waited until an hour and a half later when they said they hadnt even started and that they couldnt get to it until later in the day so i left in a rental. Over 10 hours later i call to see whats going on and am told to call back the next day because the person in the service dept didnt know. At no point whatsoever was i contacted or told they planned on keeping my car overnight. I went in to try and get more details and they hadnt even started work on my car so i gave them the rental back and took my car home without them ever even working on it like they were supposed to. Worst Service Department Ever. More

Also, they did not inform or provide me of the approximate quote prior to continuing with any service. On top of all that, during all 3 times I had to go there to drop off my car so they can try to do NOTHING, the condition of my car when I got it back was a DISASTER, TERRIBLE. The first time, they did not put the floor mat back in my car and did not even remember where they put it. Second time, the components and fabrics of my trunk was just left there without properly assembled back to how it was supposed to be. And finally, on third time, they told me that they had put lube on the metal part of my back seat and when I opened the seat, the lube was just dumped and smeared all over. I wish I can upload photos of this unbelievably low quality of service. I would NEVER RECOMMEND and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY to this dealership. Their customer service is beyond horrible and I cannot even describe this level of poor quality. More

SYNC SYSTEM We purchased a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium 37 mos ago new - the SYNC system stopped working and we were told by the dealer that they had to replace the sy We purchased a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium 37 mos ago new - the SYNC system stopped working and we were told by the dealer that they had to replace the system - $900.00 to do this one month after the warranty expired on the auto. We have since learned this is a nationwide problem with all Fords with this system - a pending class action law suit and many individual lawsuits. Ford should not be selling their products with this system - this is unethical and unfair to all who buy Ford products and those dealers who sell them without disclosing this major problem. Our last 4 autos have been Fords and this one will be the last due to the dishonesty of Ford and by implication Krieger Ford. The service tech Rick was accommodating & apologetic. STAY AWAY FROM ALL FORDS WITH THE SYNC SYSTEM!!!! More
