Thank you Krieger Ford for responding. I had a good conversation with Rusty and I was able to tell him all about my experience. He patiently listened, took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to make things right. I will gladly return to Krieger for service in the future knowing I have a contact there if I have any issues, and that they stand behind their work. I really appreciate it.

I have left numerous messages for Rusty and no reply. This is unacceptable as this is the same general message that was giving to someone else that has filed a complaint. Rusty was no help!!! He want to charge half for the diagnostic I didn't ask for. I was advised by Luke to bring it back since my ABS light was not on when I dropped it off. If you have to run a diag3to see why then that's Ford doing And that fee should be waived. I haved talked to so many different people and recieved so many different excuses.
