It was the worst experience I've ever been through with any dealership in over forty years. The service dept does not update you, nor do they return calls, And when they were out test driving my car durin any dealership in over forty years. The service dept does not update you, nor do they return calls, And when they were out test driving my car during their diagnostic, it broke down. They charged me the towing bill. After having my car 10 days, they told me the service Tech. basically needed to get paid to keep trying to diagnose my car. They told me the $179 that they charged me was gone, and that I need to pay more money if i wanted hisctech to keep spending tine on it. I told them to leave my car in the parking lot and I would have it towed away. When we got the car, I noticed the sensor cover on the front bumper was gone. I got stuck paying a diagnostic fee and a towing for nothing. NEVER AGAIN More
