Can’t remember my service reps name but he knows who he is. I drive for UPS and my schedule is crazy. My rep was ready for me when I walked in to drop off my car and I was out the door in 1 minute. When I came back the next morning my rep again was ready for me and I was out in less than 2 minutes. It’s hard for me to get everyday things done like service on my car so when people go above and beyond to help with my accommodations it’s greatly appreciated cuz I have little downtime during most business work schedules. When I left my rep thanked me for all we do at UPS and that always makes a driver smile. He’s the BEST!!! Thanks More

Despite reserving the first appointment of the day, my service took 1.5 hours and two other customers who arrived after me left before I did. Upon checking out, I discovered they had not checked my brake service took 1.5 hours and two other customers who arrived after me left before I did.
