I had a wonderful experience with Gainesville Hyundai! Alicia was very easy to work with and tried her best to work through our negotiations. I was not able to get there until after closing, and Alicia had to leave, so she made sure David (please forgive me if I got your name wrong) knew everything that was going on so that he could closeout the deal once I got there. David requested all required documents prior to my arrival and was patiently waiting even though I kept giving him ETA updates because the traffic was HORRIBLE trying to get there! Upon my arrival, I looked over the car and took it for a quick test drive. When we got back to the lot, the paperwork was waiting on me and all I had to do was sign. I had my own financing, so the entire process was even smoother. I spent more time driving to the dealership than I did at the dealership! LOL!
