Personnel at front desk not friendly, as of this time I have not received a receipt for the work done, I was told it would be emailed to me. I called the service department 2 days later However, I have yet have not received a receipt for the work done, I was told it would be emailed to me. I called the service department 2 days later However, I have yet to receive one. Also, while waiting my husband walked through the new car sales and no one greeted him. We purchased our Santa Fe from the Cumming dealership and have had our check ups done there. We heard of the dealership in Gainesville and for convenience went there. Also, at the Cumming place, my car is always cleaned! We not doubt will be returning to the Cumming location. We cannot recommend the Gainesville location. More

Every time I've visited Hyundai of Gainesville, GA I've had nothing but a great experience. My recent experience was with Matt, he resolved the issue I was having with my tire and even offered a car wash. had nothing but a great experience. My recent experience was with Matt, he resolved the issue I was having with my tire and even offered a car wash. Because of the inconvenience of traveling 50 minutes back and forth from Norcross to Gainesville, the dealership accommodated me with a tank of gas. I enjoyed working with Kasey as well, he is sincere, patient and was very helpful to me by making my issue a priority. More
