This is my 3rd vehicle purchased @ Cherokee Ford in Woodstock. This is also the 2nd time I've used Pete Gay as my salesperson. The sales associate that I dealt with was very dishonest with me and not very knowledgable. After the sale was complete I was contacted by the director of sales, who had yet to make it right. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this location. It's going on a 3 month long ordeal trying to get things finalized with them. A close family member of mine was buying from her local Buick dealer and her car buying experience was by far better than what was provided by Cherokee Ford. More

The salesman was genuous. Also, he helped to make the transaction as seamless as he possibly could. The only issue that I had was with the finance guy selling the last minute "four to seven" year vehicle transaction as seamless as he possibly could. The only issue that I had was with the finance guy selling the last minute "four to seven" year vehicle warranty package which was somewhat pricey. In four to seven years, I can only hope that Ford lives up to the "bumper to bumper" warranty package...if needed. Skip Baldwin More
I got to the Dealership about 9:30a last Saturday morning and went home with a 2010 Ford Edge in excellent condition in the early afternoon. Harvey answered all of my questions and we got the additional Warr and went home with a 2010 Ford Edge in excellent condition in the early afternoon. I have purchased 4 cars from ford and had no complaints but this time it has not been a pleasure. I had to make several trips back to get pape work done and then found out I did'nt qualify for gap insuranc but this time it has not been a pleasure. So again I had to go back to sign paperwork to get the coverage i was charged for.the first day I drove home notice a rattle in the motor and they claim dont worry it is just a belt. so I spent hours there to have work done and then to fine out I still had the problem. So I went back again and this time they gave me a loner car and kept it to fix.Said he was fixed but still had the noise. Now the air quit working it is at your shop now and now they want me to pay almost 800 dollars to fix it. This is crazy I went to a dealer ship I thought I could trust instead of a car lot and feel like i bought their lemon of the month. Well i was waiting on a call back today from manager to see what they were going to do to help resolve this problem and never received call. Chris in the shop called me again to see if he called and if I decided if I want the repair. Please see if there is anything you can do to resolve this. More
