Bill did a great job of describing the vehicles and options on each of them as well as explaining the various purchase prices and payment choices. He really helped us through the process with valueble input that assisted us in making the best decision. We have purchased many cars through the years and have had some very unpleasant experiences but Cherokee for Ford got it right. They provided a relaxed hassle free environment that allowed us to weigh the options and decide what was best for us. This let us walk away with confidence that we made the right decision and eliminated any buyers remorse or feelings that we ended up with a deal that was better for the dealer than us. Not to mention I had to re clean interior for to much shine sprayed on dirt, and I replace blown tail light. Bad business , the back and forth crap was crazy. Very disappointing after reading such good reviews. I lost money that I want get back and wasted time coming through your doors. Smh More
