We had a Scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, it took over 2 hours (135 minutes). 30 minutes is reasonable, 135 is unacceptable, The long wait time would be understandable for a walk- rotation, it took over 2 hours (135 minutes). 30 minutes is reasonable, 135 is unacceptable, The long wait time would be understandable for a walk-in on a busy day, which is why we made an appointment. Check out wanted double the agreed cost (had a coupon), it was corrected when I pointed it out. Overall staff was appropriate for a retail business. Estimates for additional work on the vehicle were extremely high priced. Given this experience, we probably won't return for future service. My time is valuable and should be a large part of the customer service. Clearly, you are either overbooking appointments on purpose or just poor managers which will lead to lost business. What's the point in having an appointment if it is not honored? More

Transmission failed 2015 Rogue with 73k miles. Took to Kraft for repair and got an $8,000 repair estimate. Bought a 30k$ 2021 and was only allowed $2,500 trade in. Car was in great condition. We were traveling with our 5 and 6 year old grandchildren. Baggage at the dealership so no real choices and no time to persue with Nissan America. Beware of your trade in. Not happy! More
My experience with Kraft Nissan was amazing. Went to get my car back and all my change in the ashtray was missing with only a few pennies near the gearshift. This How Buying a Car Should Work Found a 2019 on internet, NOT at Kraft. Emailed I was interested in vehicle. Next day, Kraft Nissan drove to pick up car so I could look at it. The Found a 2019 on internet, NOT at Kraft. Emailed I was interested in vehicle. Next day, Kraft Nissan drove to pick up car so I could look at it. There were no commitments on my part. This was good will on Kraft’s part. Test drove, liked, made offer, bought. No high pressure sales, no “let me talk to my manager”, no games. Why can’t every car dealer learn these lessons? I am a return customer and will return again. More
