I've recently bought from Kraft Nissan a well-appointed 2024 Frontier Pro-4X such as I've been looking around at for a few weeks. The price was suitable and the interest rate from NMAC agreeable, with the 2024 Frontier Pro-4X such as I've been looking around at for a few weeks. The price was suitable and the interest rate from NMAC agreeable, with the dealer's assistance. Jiyou, Vincent, and Curtis were most helpful, able, and pleasant in handling the purchase, even as we dealt into the evening after normal hours. Of course, the available, desired vehicle was the essential reason I came to Kraft, But the fine people there, with their top-notch customer service, is the reason I was most pleased to do so, just as I was nearly 20 years ago when I bought my prior vehicle. I was not satisfied with the customer service. I will not return to this Nissan service center. April 21, 2023 I had a 7:30 appointment for my 2013 Nissan Armada for the 105,000 service, to diag I will not return to this Nissan service center. April 21, 2023 I had a 7:30 appointment for my 2013 Nissan Armada for the 105,000 service, to diagnose the lack of heat in the defroster and the TPMS light was on.I was told it could be a couple of hours and I chose to wait for the diagnostic. At 10:30 I had not heard from the service technician. I walked out to the service desk to inquire about the status. He informed me he was multitasking and would check. At 12:30 I received an email with an estimate of $4,000.00. I asked for a breakdown of the costs for labor and parts. I was told the new system does not do that. I walked back out to the service desk to discuss the estimate. One of the charges was for replacement of all 4 TPMS which would cost $705.88. I asked if all 4 were bad and was informed there is no way of knowing they just like to replace all 4. I chose not to replace the TPMS on any tires. I took the car to 2 other service centers and was informed that all the TPMS are functioning. No need to replace them. *The service technician did not come in to the waiting room to discuss the status of my vehicle *I talked to the service manager regarding the delay in diagnosing my car and his response was curt "that's why we ask people not to wait because a diagnostic can take all day" *Customers should have a breakdown of the labor and parts for each cost * I walked out to the service desk several times inquiring about my vehicle. * 3:00pm was the time I left the service center after arriving at 7;30pm More
Buyer beware this dealership will lie to you and rip you off I bought a used Pathfinder and I was told it had been inspected before being put up for sale There is no way this vehicle was inspected with al off I bought a used Pathfinder and I was told it had been inspected before being put up for sale There is no way this vehicle was inspected with all of the issues it had. How do you miss a fog light that’s not even there are windshield washers that don’t even work brakes that are shot. Not to mention it was not cleaned out. All they did was squirt water on it and vacuumed the floorboard. There was tons of trash under the seats, I am very disappointed in this dealership and it will be my last and I will be sure to let anyone know who’s planning on going there to make sure they check everything out before leaving that lot And to top that off after my wife sat there in service for eight hours, and I got a phone call from the service center saying I missed my appointment. Somebody needs to look into the management of this place because it is terrible. It’s pretty sad when a dealership will not make good on what is said they had done like checking out the vehicle before it is put out on the lot More
Last April, I made an appointment and took my Altima into the dealership to have an inspection for delamination of headlights (which there was a recall). My advisor was Aaron, who is now the service manager the dealership to have an inspection for delamination of headlights (which there was a recall). My advisor was Aaron, who is now the service manager. Aaron told me that my headlights did not pass inspection. Headlamps were not in stock, and I would be called when they were in. In between that time, I have called twice and told each time that they still didn’t have any. I even called another dealership and told the same. After chatting with the dealership this past Monday, I was told that my car DID pass inspection and the manager tried to call me about it. I never received a call. I was told that he currently wasn’t in but they would have him to call me. He didn’t call. I called on yesterday. After holding for quite some time, Aaron told me that my car passed inspection and he closed the recall. If indeed that was the case. I would have proceeded to find out what the issue was with my headlamps and got them fixed myself instead of waiting almost a year (mind you past the date of the recall) to have whatever fixed. I found my paperwork from the inspection and unfortunately it does say that the recall was completed even though I was told something different. The unprofessionalism of this establishment has caused me not to want another Nissan or deal with this dealership ever again (Even for an oil change). Toyota, here I come! More
Unprofessional, ran my credit after we advised wanted to take to our bank, gave a buyers order only to find out that someone had already purchased the vehicle when my bank called regarding the car being ove take to our bank, gave a buyers order only to find out that someone had already purchased the vehicle when my bank called regarding the car being overpriced $3000 of what they told us on the lot. The car had actually been sold supposedly a week ago but was never removed from with the other cars on the lot. Dealership manager was not helpful and was really nasty. More
