Worst Dealership experience ever. Truck was in 3 times for transmission problems and each time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though there have been MULTIPLE bulletins put Truck was in 3 times for transmission problems and each time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though there have been MULTIPLE bulletins put out concerning the many problems with the Ford 10 Speed transmission. Less than 3k miles after the last visit to Hooks, I was told by another dealership I needed a new transmission. At that point I was 110 miles over the warranty and Hooks took no responsibility in the matter. Horrible service, horrible clerical/paperwork in service and even worse integrity. More

Was looking for a place to get routine maintenance done on a Enterprise van locally. Kory Hooks dealership was very easy to work with! Mr. Greg Bailey was very helpful in allowing this to be done on a Sa on a Enterprise van locally. Kory Hooks dealership was very easy to work with!
