Pleasant Patterson of Bowie staff is friendly and helpful! Sometimes the wait time can be long, however this past visit was only about an hour. Excellent and professional I had a flat on left rear and discovered I did not have the lug key. The other dealer I bought my Ram from used never gave me a lug key so I was not a I had a flat on left rear and discovered I did not have the lug key. The other dealer I bought my Ram from used never gave me a lug key so I was not able to change the tire. The truck was towed from my home to Patterson the evening before. Mark Ramsay stayed in contact with me and provided a reasonable estimate for two new tires and removing the remaking three keyed lugs. My vehicle was ready as promised late afternoon and all service was performed correctly. More
