I would even say my test drive to longer than the financial steps. He made the experience fast, smooth and pleasant. He even followed up a month after the purchase and the bigger city dealers don't bother to call/text. Highly recommend! More

Worst Dealership experience ever. Truck was in 3 times for transmission problems and each time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though there have been MULTIPLE bulletins put Truck was in 3 times for transmission problems and each time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though there have been MULTIPLE bulletins put out concerning the many problems with the Ford 10 Speed transmission. Less than 3k miles after the last visit to Hooks, I was told by another dealership I needed a new transmission. At that point I was 110 miles over the warranty and Hooks took no responsibility in the matter. Horrible service, horrible clerical/paperwork in service and even worse integrity. More
