Pleasant Patterson of Bowie staff is friendly and helpful! Sometimes the wait time can be long, however this past visit was only about an hour. AND they have a clean, nice and inviting waiting room. FYI, IMPORTANT: Bathrooms are clean too. Be careful about window shopping while you wait, you may find a deal you can't refuse!
