Worst Dealership experience ever. Truck was in 3 times for transmission problems and each time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though there have been MULTIPLE bulletins put Truck was in 3 times for transmission problems and each time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though there have been MULTIPLE bulletins put out concerning the many problems with the Ford 10 Speed transmission. Less than 3k miles after the last visit to Hooks, I was told by another dealership I needed a new transmission. At that point I was 110 miles over the warranty and Hooks took no responsibility in the matter. Horrible service, horrible clerical/paperwork in service and even worse integrity. More

I bought a used truck here, as-is. I identified a problem during the test drive about the ac. I went ahead & bought the truck at a premium price. After the sale, I have to say that Kory Hooks himself contacted me & displayed a level of integrity that I haven’t witnessed with most businesses or business owners. He was determined to make everything right. He asked me to bring it in so that his service team could look at & evaluate a fix to the problem. I agreed to it & his team did a great job in locating the problem & doing a fix right then rather than having to drive back from Ft. Worth. As far as I can tell at this point, the issue has been resolved. Thank you to Kory Hooks & Rick Featherington for ganging up & getting this taken care of.
