I was disappointed when the transmission went out in my new Explorer but appreciated the communication I received from Mark. I knew he was working as quickly as he could to secure answers and then parts fr new Explorer but appreciated the communication I received from Mark. I got the best deal ever from Patterson Auto if Bowie. Darrell Livingston and Terry Peel were great.
