Kory Hooks Ford was beyond amazing. Kayla was especially great and there every step of the way. Working with Hooks was like buying a car 20 years ago - the way car buying should be. Their Mobil Tech (I've misplaced his name) came to Wichita Falls to run computer diagnostics on a friend's Ford in the same building. I had the same issue with my 2023 (A/C dampners not opening prope Wichita Falls to run computer diagnostics on a friend's Ford in the same building. I had the same issue with my 2023 (A/C dampners not opening properly) and I visited with him. I called the Service Manager (Greg) at the Dealership and he was very helpful and we took care of my issues in a very short time. THANK YOU!!! More

Appreciate the fact the dealership sent someone to my house to take care of the recall instead of me having to take it. I received a phone call that morning and they came out the same day, at a time tha house to take care of the recall instead of me having to take it.
