The service writer is top notch. Takes care of the customer. The oil change guy on the other hand needs a different career. Changed the oil and did not reset the reminder. Put a new sticker on windshield and threw old one in the floorboard. Rotated the tires and did not check the pressure in them. The front takes less air than rear tires therefore they are wrong. My vehicle had an issue with a door lock and it was out of warrantee. Come to find out there was an recall on the door lock actuators and it was covered.
