Kurt was wonderful. Not pushy, very knowledgeable about vehicle and easy to talk to. He knew about the car inside and out. He answered every question I had easily. Our Salesman Kurt W. Worked with is to find the Ford Edge with the package we wanted, even had to work with an out of state dealer to get us the vechicle. We have also used their service department and body with the package we wanted, even had to work with an out of state dealer to get us the vechicle. I had to have some done on truck that required the transmission to be taken out as well. Patterson of Bowie was upfront about the parts, labor and cost for this to be done. I knew it would take some t transmission to be taken out as well. Patterson of Bowie was upfront about the parts, labor and cost for this to be done. I knew it would take some time to complete the work and was grateful to have my truck back prior to Thanksgiving. Nathan in the service department was who I dealt with throughout the entire process.
