I went to Korum for a repair on my Lincoln Navigator. I appreciate Jeff's attention to customer service and ensuring the end result was a happy one. After visiting a dealer in which the salesman was as cold as a winter day in the Pacific Northwest, and being treated like a sale that he could not push fast enough, we made our way to Korum Ford for an atte as a winter day in the Pacific Northwest, and being treated like a sale that he could not push fast enough, we made our way to Korum Ford for an attempt to salvage our hopes in getting a new vehicle. Truthfully, I thought we’d be wasting another hour and had lost my interest in looking for a solution to our transportation needs. We stepped onto the lot at Korum Ford to find Tom Dyer quickly greet us with a smile and a sincere interest in helping us. He was not pushy or insistent, but rather showcased the epitome of customer service from the first handshake. Within a few minutes we felt like we were with a friend. Tom was personable, engaging, considerate and genuine throughout the experience. He did not want to push a sale, but rather wanted to help us with our needs. He corrected a mistake and escorted us effortlessly through the process. He gave us options, wanted our input, and listened. When we thought we had a great deal, he made it even better. In short, he cared –which is a remarkable concept when so many companies focus on the numbers. When we were going over the finances and signing the paperwork, the friendly attitude was the same. Even when all of the paperwork was done, Tom waited to make sure that the experience was complete, all requests fulfilled, and that we were happy. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and meeting with Jerry Korum was a welcomed pleasure as well. The greatest part is that we know exactly where to go or to refer our friends and family regarding who to see any time for our vehicle needs –Korum Ford. Thank you Tom! Thank you Korum Ford! More

I was also introduced to the owner (Jerry Korum) and he gave me the feeling that this dealership was excited to bring me into their family. I returned a week later with a service related issue and was introduced to Joel Lowellen (Service Mgr). He listened to my concerns, took the time to fully explain what needed to be done and why. He then took the time to introduce me to all the service writers, the Parts Mgr (Wayne Lurvey), showed me around the waiting area and his final comments to me were "your concerns are Korum Ford-Lincoln concerns". I have finally found a dealership I can trust to provide outstanding customer service with no worry that I will be taken advantage of and told that I need work done on my vehicle that isn't needed. The Service Dept at Korum Ford-Lincoln is now my new best friend. JM More

I recommend people stay away from Korum Ford. My car buying experience was terrible. The first thing they did was take my trade in, have me sign it away and get my down payment. I just wanted to buy the car and leave. I was kept at the dealer in their freezing cold office for 5 hours. I was trapped. At least an hour and a half was spent trying to get me to agree to buying GAP insurance which I stated several times I DID NOT WANT. Only after I was promised a lower interest rate if I bought this insurance did I agree. They wore me down. I couldn't wait to leave. It took 3 weeks, 2 registered letters, and an angry phone call to get them to cancel the unwanted insurance, which by the way had nothing to do with the interest rate. These people don't listen to you. They just want their money. I have since heard a similar story from a woman who bought a used car at Korum. I guess I needed to bring my husband with me in order to get respect. Be warned ladies. More
