From the time Mike Cook stepped up My entire experience from walking onto the lot to driving away in my new Ford F-150 couldn’t have been any better. From the time Mike Cook stepped up to ask us if he could help us in any way, to driving us around looking for the truck I had come to see, to the test drive, and then the negotiations, Mike Cook and Dave Blue couldn’t have been more friendly, funny, helpful and professional. At no time did they make me feel like it was an “us vs them” type relationship. It was more of a “how can we help you get what you want” type of encounter. Mike and Dave gave me open, honest advice and information on financing with Ford or with my credit union, down payment or no down payment, length of loan or early payoff. It was very comforting at what was a nervous, cautious moment in time for me, considering the amount of money we were negotiating. After the deal was made, Aaron in Financing was awesome to work with, informative, helpful and courteous. The deal was made and I think we all were relieved and happy that it all worked out. To top this all off, they were all staying after hours to make my deal happen. All were late for dinner; and Dave was heading east of the mountains which was a two to three-hour drive in snow! What great work ethics and attitudes! My follow up encounters with Mike Cook and Dave Blue were like talking to old friends, even after meeting with Aaron again to clarify some of the billing questions, we were laughing and sharing and having a good time. Thanks to the whole team that helped me make this purchase. My last Ford lasted me 17 years and I loved it, I hope this one proves to be just as great. More

Initially I was thinking just to have a test ride to get a feel of the car, but it turned out that this dealership offered the best price in our area, also they were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Guys were very fast replying to e-mails (even on weekend), friendly and no-pushing buying experience - sales person (Joshua McLean) was there to provide the information I need but was not pushing me (rare and unusually pleasant experience these days!), and guys at dealership were quick and efficient at getting all paperwork done within a day. Overall we are quite happy with the dealership and experience. Would recommend. More

His reply was "I can't get you in today (2:30pm). I asked him "well can I at least get some air in tire, his was reply was "see one of the guys in the bays outside and walked away. Really the guys in the Hyundai never treated me like this. I took my car to Goodyear on Meridian and they just asked for the keys, they remove the nail promptly. I was a repeat customer, but I'll but my next vehicle some place else. More

Problem was fixed and I was on my way. When I was in the market for a new car my first thought was Korum for their excellence service department. I was first introduced to Mark Archer who started my great experience with Korum. He then introduced me to Tom Horne to help me find my perfect car. Tom goes above and beyond. He sat with me showing me all the whistles and bells that my new car had. Helped me hook my phone up and then took me out to learn how to use the parallel parking wizard. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I had an awesome experience!!! What a great group. More
