Easy going and fun Had a great time with my salesmen Jim Hart he really knows how to make you feel welcomed he even knew what I wanted and needed before I did and that's Had a great time with my salesmen Jim Hart he really knows how to make you feel welcomed he even knew what I wanted and needed before I did and that's why I drive a Hyundai and not a ford. honestly I expected sharks going into buying my first car but he greeted me with a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh everyone I met was really nice and welcoming I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Also I didn't buy a ford or Lincoln, like I said I bought a Hyundai from Kourm. I went into kourm ford and after speaking with Jim Hart we decided a Hyundai was the best choice for me and he went through the whole sales process with me over at Hyundai including a really long but very nesessary test drive but it's ditching me to select a make so yeah there's your explanation. A Wonderful Vehicle Buying Experience I recently traded in my Toyota SUV and purchased a brand new 2017 Expedition and could not have asked for a better experience. Freddie was my salesman I recently traded in my Toyota SUV and purchased a brand new 2017 Expedition and could not have asked for a better experience. Freddie was my salesman, and he was as low pressure as it gets (as someone who is constantly selling, I can tell). He took the time to make sure it was the right vehicle for my needs - I own three companies in the private events industry, and this vehicle was perfect - plus he was patient as I made my decision. Upon purchase, he walked me through every detail of the car and off we went. He's a great guy, too! Plus, he has checked up on me periodically the last few days to make sure everything is going well and if I had any questions whatsoever about the vehicle. The entire staff was very nice and accommodating, as well. Frank handled my financing, and he laid out all the options clearly so I could make the best decision, without any pressure whatsoever. Brett handled my trade-in of my Toyota Sequioa and the pricing of the vehicle, plus helped me figure out an issue with Ford Credit on a Ford Transit Van I've also bought from Korum. And Margie? She's the best in the world, period. I love my new SUV, and I loved my experience with Korum Ford's sales department. I will happily recommend to anyone. More

Chris checked in my vehicle, and called me hours later letting me know it was done. I picked up truck and started driving home and my truck started idling strange when I would come to a stop. I immediately, turned around and took it back. Chris checked me in and immediately called his crew to check it out. The first to come was Tim. Tim checked it out and found it was a strange idle, he started digging and running test to figure out what is wrong. Tim found something wrong with the spark plug area and fixed it. He made sure everything was safe for me to drive home. I drove it home fine, everything was good. The next day was a different story. I had no problems driving to work, but after work that strange idle reappeared but this time worst. The RPM's were jumping from resting to 2 or higher when I came to a stop. I called Chris up, he wasn't available so I left a voicemail and I wasn't the nicest person. Vehicle problems stress and freak me out. Chris called me back and told me to bring down the truck, and he will have a rental available for me. I get down to the shop, Chris had his team ready to jump in and figure out what is wrong with my truck. His team Chris, another Chris, Tim and Bryce all made sure my truck was safe, fixed and reliable. They found a spark plug was cracked. They fixed it all up and I had a rental for the entire weekend at no additional charge. Without any hesitation, Chris's team treated me as if I was the one and only customer there and let me tell you that place was busy. The customer service his team supplied to me was amazing. They truly cared for me and I wasn't the happiest or nicest either. I was way to stressed and in the moment, not happy. Moral of the story, I would recommend Chris's team and Korum Ford in a heart beat. They will treat you right and make sure your vehicles are taking care of. My truck is home and working great. I am a happy customer. More

Happy Customer I had been looking for a vehicle for about 3 months. I fell in love with a few but they were mostly out of my budget. Then a vehicle that was similar I had been looking for a vehicle for about 3 months. I fell in love with a few but they were mostly out of my budget. Then a vehicle that was similar to one that I looked at before came on the lot, I got a call and was asked to come down and check it out. It was love ate first sight and since it was slightly used, but new enough for it to still be considered new, I got a smoking deal on it. Mike even stayed after close because I had come in pretty late that night. Thanks for hookin me up Mike. More

Worth shopping Korum Ford in Puyallup First, if you are looking for a car or light truck, never fun put Korum on your list of places to shop. Second, when you arrive look for Mike Zolman, Mike was our Sales Consultant. Mike is terrific, if you know what you want and you can explain what you are looking for Mike will find it. Mike has also been terrific with follow up questions. I know Korum management won't want to hear this but go in pre-approved with insurance issues settled in order to avoid the inevitable "closer" guy who always haunts weary customers at the end of a sale. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with We purchased a 2017 Escape Titantum with all the bells and whistles. We purchased from Korum Ford because of Tom Horne our sales cunsultant. His kno We purchased a 2017 Escape Titantum with all the bells and whistles. We purchased from Korum Ford because of Tom Horne our sales cunsultant. His knowledge and professionalism were the best we had encountered in the south sound. All went well until the next day after we had bought the vehicle. From there it went from bad to worse. I do commend Tom Horne for trying to fix things and Dave for his attempts to provide customer service but every time a issue was fixed it opened a worse problem. These problems started the day after we bought the SUV. We called In and no even recognized us as customers and calls were not returned. About three days later I call in to see about when the clear bra could be installed and was told about 2 wks but could not get a loaner car for 3 wks and was also told that loaner cars were for service was 2 to3 wks out. When I said how long if I didn't need a loaner they said tomorrow - Tom and Dave got me a loaner the next day - it was a Hertz rental so I needed to pay a deposit go through insurance speal then they put me in bottom model that even power windows were the top option - the car I sold was far nicer. The clear bra was installed with perfection with the exception of the rear bumper sill. When I asked about it I was told I didn't pay for it which I did because we are golfers and it is very important to us. Rachel said she would get back to me which she didn't. Frank the finance person did not get our automatic withdrawal set up for our payments and would not return our calls, we made two special trips to the dealership and finally on the second trip we talked to him and his excuse was that he was busy. (Of course we were not important we had already bought the car) we spent over an hour getting the problem fixed by our self. The service dept was not much better. When the clear bra was installed I asked if I could get the drivers side grab bar tightened and was questioned on why and who said it needed to be done, when I got it back the handle had grease hand prints on it - the car had less than 500 miles on it. We have spent many hours with SiriusXM and Ford trying to get the nav traffic working because no one could give us the same answer. We even got service # and gave it to the service department manager and he tossed it on a stack of paper and we were told they had been waiting 4 months for repair info. There are more issues I have with Korum Ford. Even though Tom Horne has bent over backwards and has followed up with us I am pushing the envelope giving the dealership a 2. More
Don't Buy Anything From Canada I purchased a previously Owned 2010 F-150 with 82,000 miles only to sell it back to them after driving it for about a month because of all the engine I purchased a previously Owned 2010 F-150 with 82,000 miles only to sell it back to them after driving it for about a month because of all the engine damage, (rust in the coolant) after two flushes. In addition to being hit on all for sides, did not show in car fax. The motor had been removed prior at some point in time, who knows why. It was and is a pile. Thank my luck for knowing some one with the eye to catch all the bondo and replaced parts and engine removal..... More
