Thank you for sharing your experience. We looked into your visit and our General Manager reached out by telephone to discuss it. As he shared, we sincerely apologize for the salesperson suggesting you purchase a different vehicle than you were interested in and for continuing to try to sell you that one. This should not have happened. We understand that the truck you initially looked at had everything you were looking for and was, as you describe, “your perfect truck” but we were just unable to agree upon a price that was acceptable to both parties. We do our best to get as close as we can to a customer’s budget, but it’s not always possible and in this case we weren’t able to meet the price you had requested. Again, we apologize for your experience and will use this as a training opportunity with our staff.

"You will see this as a training opportunity" to continue to treat people like crap. The price had little to do with it. It was the damage on truck you people refused to fix, damage done on the lot. Its gonna cost someone thousands to find and fix the damage to this truck and your selling it without any mechanic certification or discount. You have a responsibility to fix the damage or drop the price by thousands. No reason why this truck should priced with others because of this damage. You are con-artist trying to RIP people off.

I just want people to know what kind of bullies and con-artiest they are dealing with. One of their salesmen even called one of my family members to call me a liar and save face. He called me a liar, to my family. Yet not one person has acknowledged what the issue was, the damage to the truck, damaged korum refused to fix and were anouyed I noticed. They tried to rip me off and they called me a liar to the events that happend. Stay away from Korum unless you want to be ripped off. They are all con-artist who like to call you a liar when called out on their con.
