Best Experience Ever We were trading in 2 vehicles and purchasing 2 vehicles, it was very complicated and stressful at times. We had been working with numerous dealerships all over Washington State trying to find something that would make both of us happy and get the payments where we needed them to be. Korum Ford and Michael Zolman made this one of the easiest and best experiences I have ever had. I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum and my husband got a 2019 Hyundai Tucson Night. We drove both of our vehicles 3 hours over to Korum. Michael Zolman had everything ready and both vehicles in the showroom. Michael worked with me on the Ford side and he brought in Big Mike to work with my husband on the Hyundai to show us everything the vehicles had. It was very easy and all the numbers were exactly what Michael Zolman said they would be. We had changed our minds several times on what we were looking for and Michael never skipped a beat or tried to sell us something we did not want. I think that other dealerships thought it was a joke when I said we were trading in 2 vehicles and purchasing 2 vehicles. Even after I would send all the information on our 2 trade-ins to other dealerships, they basically did nothing and they lost out on a huge sale.
