Inconfident service advisors costing me alot of money. George Neal (Manassas) I had an schedule appointment at Cowles Ford parkway for coolant leak I went to service department in advance to ask about my w George Neal (Manassas) I had an schedule appointment at Cowles Ford parkway for coolant leak I went to service department in advance to ask about my wannty i was told it had expired ended up canceling appt. Went to another ford dealership later and found out my wannty was valid at the time i brought my car to Cowles but now has expired. My mistake was trusting this dealerships. Car ended up needing a waterpump 2013 ford Taurus costing estimated $2000. Cowles refused to take full responsibility for this costly mistake discounting my cost to $1500 which is more than the other dealership and should have been covered under my wannty. I was told we are not in the business of fixing cars for free. My advice please call your wannty company if in doubt colwes ford parkway are not to be trusted and not about customer satifaction putting this single dad in a terrible fanicial position. Service Department is Great Just took my 2014 Edge in for its 45,000-mile service. Made an appointment the previous day. I dropped the car off on time and 1 ½ hours later received a call that car was ready for pickup. Oil and filter were changed along with the cabin pollen filter, tire pressure was checked and all the fluids were top off. Total cost $0. All work was covered under my maintenance contract. Every time I bring the car in for service, The service department goes above and beyond to make sure it is a pleasant experience. I highly rate Cowels Parkway Ford service department. More

They lied I spent four hours on the phone before going to the dealer. I specifically asked if the car had any rust or body damage and they assured me it did no I spent four hours on the phone before going to the dealer. Drove over an hour with two toddlers to go purchase the car and is soon as they pulled around it was covered in rust and had body damage. They tried to twist it and make it seem like I misunderstood and obviously they blatently lied. Never go here. Buyer beware More
