Straight forward and friendly I’ve been shopping to buy a new Chevrolet Volt for a while now and was becoming very frustrated with my local dealers. After sitting down they would conclude ‘we could get close to that price’. Well, they lost me as a customer. I had had positive dealings with a different Koons dealership and decided to give White Marsh a chance. I was introduced to Ed Ridgley through email and was so impressed with his forthrightness that I drove 40 miles that same day to meet him. Ed listened to my sometimes ‘eccentric’ concerns and addressed every single one of them!
