I could immediately tell he was one of the few people that will go the extra mile for hi the best car buying experience I ever had thanks to Richie! I could immediately tell he was one of the few people that will go the extra mile for his customers/potential customers by the way he was so respond to all of my messages (even at 10:00pm on a Friday night). He was so easy to talk to and gave me great/honest advice. Saturday afternoons are extremely busy at car dealerships, but he did not rush to get rid of me and move on to the next customer, he took his time and made sure to answer any questions I had, he showed me how to operate the controls and even connected my phone to the Bluetooth and helped me set up the GPS! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased even though it wasn’t a make that they typically sell. He didn’t make me feel as if it was all about making the sell.
