The service adviser was great. But I was unhappy with the tech that did the work. He left grease all over the front fenders and drivers door. Poor job repairing scratches on my vehicle. Told them I wasn’t pleased and they basically blew me off. My wife and I can’t say enough about our smooth and easy buying experience at Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh. I had been considering getting a new Silverado and after checking 2 other dealerships my wife su buying experience at Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh.
