Great service and honesty!! Recently had my Chevy HHR serviced for a strange noise. I was greeted by Brian Hastmann, who made me feel right at ease that he would help figure out Recently had my Chevy HHR serviced for a strange noise. I was greeted by Brian Hastmann, who made me feel right at ease that he would help figure out what was going on. Brian was very professional and could tell right away that I was upset. He assured me that he would personally see to it that we would figure out the problem and fix it. Turned out to be a small claspy thing that needed tightening. I told him shockingly, “wow, you could have charged me for a new muffler and I wouldn’t have known the difference!” Brian said, “ma’am, I take pride in doing right by my customers and I want them to be able to trust me and the people here!” Well I was impressed by his professionalism and honesty. Not many auto repair places would have done that but Brian made sure I would trust bringing my vehicle there for repair no matter how big or small. I was in and out within an hour.
