My sales person Steven Jones was really informative. He answered all my questions and sent me a video of the vehicle. he was an absolute delight to work with. Rodney the sale manger was also very helpful on a day that Steven was not at the dealership. We also liked the Finance guy and felt that he was not pushy about selling us a bunch of products. However for the first time in our history we did see a great value in the extended warranty in which we purchased. Over all this was a fantastic buying experience especially for someone who wanted to get in and out in a short time!! I will also recommend that if the dealership is offering you a comparable rate to your credit union or personal bank. I would just do everything at the dealership. I felt that I had a lot of running around to get the check from our credit union which was an hour away from our house. This also prevented me from taking the vehicle right away. More

When my husband arrived for a scheduled 10 a. m. appointment, he was told there was a THREE HOUR wait before the car would be worked on. This did not include the time to work on the car. In my o m. appointment, he was told there was a THREE HOUR wait before the car would be worked on. This did not include the time to work on the car. In my opinion, this is an unreasonable amount of time to expect a customer to take off work, etc in order to get their car worked on. Or if this is typical, the wait time should have been conveyed PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT so we could plan accordingly. The car did not get repaired because my husband had to leave to due another commitment. More
