I was very pleased with Koons White Marsh Chevrolet as a dealership of used cars. I bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey. Mac, the salesman, respected my needs for evaluating the car and responded to my request by dealership of used cars. I bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey. Mac, the salesman, respected my needs for evaluating the car and responded to my request by allowing me to drive it on the highway. Also, there were a few minor repairs needed and a missing owners manual which he had remedied. The service manager, Denny, followed up promptly with the repairs and ordering the manual and Christian, the service representative was very cordial and kept me appraised of the work being done. I was very satisfied with the service Koons gave me. Why didn’t I give a 5 star? I was surprised and disappointed to see that there is very little negotiation a buyer can have with used car dealers these days. It seems the dealerships are in agreement on price for a certain car and they won’t budge, and Koons is no exception. Maybe new cars are so expensive the used car market has many willing buyers. More

Professional and friendly staff. Got my vehicle in and finished the engine light issue. Made repair under warranty.
