I was told my first oil change in my new vehicle would take about one hour to 1.5 hours so I waited. At 2 hours and 25 minutes I decided to check on the status of the vehicle, to which they said my paperw take about one hour to 1.5 hours so I waited. At 2 hours and 25 minutes I decided to check on the status of the vehicle, to which they said my paperwork got mixed up and they haven’t even started. One hour later my vehicle was done. You need to do much better. More
