I was in an accident June 2nd and my 2004 Yukon was totaled. When I pulled into the Koon’s used car parking lot, I was in need of a vehicle ASAP. I had 3 types of vehicles in mind, and they were all co totaled. When I pulled into the Koon’s used car parking lot, I was in need of a vehicle ASAP. I had 3 types of vehicles in mind, and they were all completely different. The first was another SUV; second a Jeep Wrangler and third just going to a smaller car for good MPG because I have almost an 85 mile commute everyday for work. So the most reasonable choice was the car with the best MPG but like I said I wasn't sure. Michael Masko was and now, will always be my Car Salesman and friend. He was standing in the parking lot when I was just driving through looking at the cars and he asked if I needed any help. We walked the entire parking lot to help me decide. Michael showed me every car that had caught my eye. He was very knowledgeable of each and every one which made it much easier to narrow my search. He had a great personality and he was NOT in any way PUSHY or just trying to make a sale. I felt like Michael understood my situation and wanted to really help me find a vehicle that would be best for me. I ended up choosing the 2007 Mazda 6. Everyone I met @ Koon’s used cars was great, very friendly and personable and most important to me trustworthy. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I think purchasing a car is a big deal rather it be your first car or your tenth car. So like I said having the feeling you can trust the used car dealer is very important. Thanks so much! More

Was contacted by a rep from Koons Toyota soon as entered my info in AutoTrader. Went in and test drove the car i was interested in. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and went as far to drastically cut my info in AutoTrader. Went in and test drove the car i was interested in. Eventually they got to a price I felt comfortable with and we made the deal. Good dealer. Definitely recommend to all. More

Wes couldn't have been better to work with -- confident, friendly, and eager to get us into the car we wanted. Brad worked with us to ensure we received maximum on the auto we were trading in. We left the dealer in the car we wanted and at a price that we had hoped for. Great people. Great service. My Nissan would not start. I called the service department and found them to be courteous and understanding of my problem. They found,corrected and notified me when completed on the same day my car was towed in. I definitely will return to Koons for maintenance on my vehicle and because of the excellent and courteous service I was given they will be my first stop when shopping for a new vehicle. More
